Definition
All the plays, pieces, songs, or skills that a person or group is able to perform or use.
Etymology
From French *répertoire* “list, inventory,” from Late Latin *repertorium* “an index, list,” from *reperire* “to find again.” It originally meant a list of works that could be performed.
Kelly Says
Your repertoire is your personal toolbox of things you can ‘pull out’ on demand—songs, jokes, teaching tricks, coping strategies. The bigger your repertoire, the more flexible and surprising you can be.
